- Email address - For authentication and important notifications
- Skills - If you are a provider, to help seekers find you
- Approximate location - City-level only, never your exact address
We do NOT collect: phone numbers, home addresses, financial information, or government IDs.
Your data is used solely for platform functionality:
- Matching service providers with seekers
- Facilitating secure chat communication
- Sending essential service notifications
- Improving the platform experience
We do not share your personal data with anyone. Period.
No third-party marketing. No selling. No trading. Provider profiles are visible publicly only to help seekers find services - but we never share your email or personal details.
- Profile data: Kept until you delete your account
- Chat history: Kept for 1 year, then anonymized
- Account deletion: 30-day grace period, then permanently removed
You have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction - Update or correct your information anytime
- Deletion - Delete your account and all associated data
- Data portability - Export your data in a standard format
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Access controls: Strict role-based access to data
- Regular audits: Security practices reviewed regularly
- Row Level Security: Database policies ensure data isolation
